About the Role:

The Associate – Learning and Development (L&D) will play a key role in supporting Razorpay’s tech organization of 1000+ employees. This role involves assisting in designing, coordinating, and executing L&D programs that foster growth, enhance technical and soft skills, and align with business needs. Key Responsibilities:

Learning Needs Analysis:

  • Partner with HR to understand team-specific training needs.
  • Conduct industry benchmarking and research to identify essential skills.
  • Support in developing quarterly learning plans.

Program Design & Delivery:

  • Assist in designing tailored initiatives for technical, product, and soft skills.
  • Innovate learning methods (e.g., peer-to-peer learning, interactive sessions).
  • Manage delivery, subject matter experts, participant engagement, and feedback reporting.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to run effective programs.
  • Communicate confidently with leaders and teams.

Learning Governance & Metrics:

  • Track and report learning outcomes to leadership.
  • Align initiatives with organizational OKRs.
  • Optimize usage of the Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Technical Skills:

Learning & Development Design, Training Execution, Microsoft Excel, LMS, Research & Benchmarking, Stakeholder Management, Communication, E-learning Tools

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in training design and execution.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (certification is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of software development roles (Frontend, Backend, etc.) to design relevant training.
  • Proven ability to research, synthesize insights, and build actionable programs.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills for stakeholder management.
  • Experience with modern LMS and innovative learning methods.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and take ownership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
